Intel's Project Alloy
So many of our exciting projects are secret, especially in the field of VR/AR/MR.
In fact, the work we did for this project is still secret, but we are thrilled that this project has been announced and we can finally say we got to play a small part in this innovative technology's launch.
We're looking forward to sharing more in the future. Until then, check out some links about the project:
During his opening keynote at the 2016 Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco on Tuesday, Intel CEO Brian Krzanich unveiled Project Alloy, an all-in-one virtual reality solution made from the ground up. A clear example of the future of merged reality today, the Alloy platform completely redefines what is possible in an all-in-one VR platform.
Intel is pushing the boundaries of compute innovation to accelerate the creation of truly immersive experiences with virtual reality. At the 2016 Intel Developer Forum, Intel CEO Brian Krzanich introduced the concept of merged reality, a new way of experiencing physical and virtual interactions and environments across VR/AR/Mixed Realities through a suite of next generation sensing, digitizing and computing technologies.
